Wealth management industry veteran Carina Diamond is joining Cleveland-based Gries Financial Partners ($1.7B AUM) as chief growth officer, after spending the past year running her succession-planning consultancy Stella Seconda. Diamond brings extensive experience as both an RIA founder and growth strategist, having previously served as chief growth officer at Dakota Wealth Management following their 2019 acquisition of her firm Springside Advisors.
In her new role, Diamond will drive organic growth initiatives while leveraging her expertise in mentoring and succession planning. She plans to launch an internship program partnering with local colleges and focus on recruiting early-career advisors. The move represents a return to her RIA roots, with Diamond noting that Gries’ female-founded, collaborative culture “feels like home.”
