Industry veteran Carina Diamond has joined Cleveland-based Gries Financial Partners ($1.7B AUM) as chief growth officer, taking on the same role for parent company The 4100 Group Financial Services. In this newly created position, Diamond will focus on organic growth initiatives, succession planning, and talent development across 4100FS’s portfolio companies, which include Bull Harbor Capital, Family Office Resource Group, and Red Cedar Investment Management.
Diamond, who previously built and sold Springside Partners to Dakota Wealth Management before launching her consulting firm Stella Secunda, brings extensive experience in developing talent and growing advisory firms. At Gries, which was Ohio’s first wholly woman-owned RIA, she’ll implement a formal internship program, develop individual talent plans for advisors, and strengthen the firm’s marketing strategy while expanding its presence in Northeastern Ohio. Diamond plans to wind down her consulting practice by year-end to focus fully on this new opportunity.
